I bring this on every backpacking trip as my around-camp layer. It warms up instantly when I put it on over my base layer, and the long cut means no cold gap when I sit on logs or rocks. The fabric hasn't pilled after a full season of abuse. The half zip makes it easy to vent when I'm cooking dinner over the stove. If they made it in more colors I'd buy a third.
Loved it for the first two weeks, then the fabric pilled badly all over the sleeves and where my pack straps sit. For this price I expected better durability. Returning.
