Incoming shipments are inspected at receiving for correct model, colorway, hardware, zippers, and packaging. Any lot showing irregularities is quarantined and never offered for sale. Before a listing goes live, it is reviewed against the manufacturer's specification sheets for capacity, weight, materials, and features, and fit or use notes are written or verified by staff who have handled the item. We also encourage you to inspect your order on arrival — check stitching, zipper operation, hardware stamps, hangtags, and included documentation.

A quality specialist opens a case file within one business day, checks the claim against receiving and distributor records, and arranges a prepaid return for hands-on evaluation or brand verification if needed. Shipping is free on orders over $45.00. Standard shipping is $8.00 for orders below that threshold.
