These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of trekhaul.shop and any purchases made through it. The storefront Trek Haul Outfitters is the customer-facing brand of Silver Birch Commerce Group LLC, a privately held retail operations company registered in Colorado. Silver Birch Commerce Group LLC handles sourcing, order fulfillment oversight, and service administration, and is the legal entity with which you transact when you place an order on this site. Trek Haul Outfitters is an independent multi-brand specialist retailer of hiking backpacks, hydration packs, and running belts from Big Agnes, Mountain Hardwear, Nathan, and SPIbelt. It is not an official brand site of, or affiliated with, any of those manufacturers; all brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing trekhaul.shop, browsing the catalog, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These Terms, together with our shipping, returns, and privacy practices posted on the site, form the agreement between you and Silver Birch Commerce Group LLC for each purchase.

3. Site Use and Customer Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or purchasing under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at checkout, including your name, delivery address, and payment details.
• You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to place fraudulent orders, to resell inventory acquired through abuse of promotions, or to interfere with the site's operation.

4. Accounts

You may check out as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us at support@trekhaul.shop if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

5. Catalog Information and Product Descriptions

The catalog currently spans 765 products across Big Agnes, Mountain Hardwear, Nathan, and SPIbelt. Each product listing is reviewed against manufacturer specification sheets for capacity, weight, materials, and features before publication, and fit or use notes are written or verified by staff who have handled the item. We work to keep listings accurate, but occasional errors in descriptions, imagery, or stock status can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update listings, and cancel orders affected by material listing errors, with a full refund of any amount charged.

Colors shown on screen may vary slightly from the actual product due to display differences and photography.

6. Pricing, Promotions, and Coupons

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Prices vary between items and over time because wholesale cost, colorway, season, and stock position differ per model. A discounted item is typically a season-end colorway or a promotionally funded item — never a second or damaged unit. A lower price never changes what is in the box: every unit, regardless of discount, is the same brand-authentic, unused retail product carrying the same quality checks and return protections as full-price items.

We operate as a lean independent retailer buying through authorized wholesale channels. Because our catalog is focused on four specialized brands, we consolidate purchase volume with fewer suppliers, buy incoming inventory in focused seasonal batches, and run without showroom costs — savings that are reflected in everyday pricing.

Coupon: Apply SAVE15 at checkout for 15% off eligible items. Coupon eligibility follows checkout rules, and discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed or combined in ways the checkout does not permit. Promotional discounts are funded from our own marketing budget and wholesale margin — never by altering products, reducing after-sales support, or shortening customer protections.

7. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted, and the contract is formed, when we confirm shipment or otherwise confirm acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or unavailability of stock, and we will refund any amounts already charged for cancelled items.

8. Payment

We accept credit cards and PayPal. Payment is processed at the time of order. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. If a payment cannot be processed, we may cancel the affected order and contact you to arrange an alternative method.

9. Shipping

Free shipping applies to orders over $45.00. Standard shipping is $8.00. Shipping options and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier or to the delivery address, as applicable under the shipping method chosen.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging where possible. Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Return shipping is free of charge to you on any verified concern, including quality or authenticity claims.

11. Warranty

Warranty coverage follows the product information and support guidance provided with each item. Manufacturer warranties, where offered, are administered by the brand; we will assist you in contacting the appropriate brand support channel where needed.

12. Authenticity and Quality Commitment

Every item sold is guaranteed to be a new, authentic product from the named brand, sourced exclusively through authorized distributors and brand-approved wholesale channels. No gray-market, used, refurbished, or marketplace-resold goods are stocked. Incoming shipments are inspected at receiving for correct model, colorway, hardware, zippers, and packaging; any lot showing irregularities is quarantined and not offered for sale.

Customer inspection and evidence

We encourage you to inspect your order on arrival: check stitching, zipper operation, hardware stamps, hangtags, and included documentation, and compare the item against the brand's official product page for the model.

If you wish to raise a quality or authenticity concern, please email support@trekhaul.shop with:

• Your order number and purchase date
• The product model and colorway as listed on the item's tag
• A description of the specific concern
• Clear photos of the item, its labels, and any suspect details

Review process and remedy

• A quality specialist acknowledges the claim and opens a case file within one business day.
• The claim is checked against receiving and distributor records for the affected lot.
• If needed, the item is returned prepaid for hands-on evaluation or brand verification.
• A written outcome with the remedy is provided to you.

If a claim of inauthenticity is confirmed, we refund the full purchase price including original shipping and issue a goodwill credit. Most quality and authenticity cases are resolved within seven business days of receiving the required information, and no customer is left out of pocket for return shipping on a verified concern.

13. Intellectual Property

The trekhaul.shop website, its text, layout, graphics, and code are the property of Silver Birch Commerce Group LLC or its licensors. Product names and brand names displayed on the site, including Big Agnes, Mountain Hardwear, Nathan, and SPIbelt, are trademarks of their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell; the store is not an official brand site of any of them. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse site content without prior written permission. Formal notices and intellectual property concerns should be sent to legal-privacy@trekhaul.shop.

14. Acceptable Use

• Do not scrape, mine, or systematically extract catalog or pricing data without permission.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its accounts, or its infrastructure.
• Do not submit false, misleading, or abusive content in reviews, support messages, or order data.
• Do not use the site in a way that could impair its availability or other customers' use of it.

15. Service Availability

We aim to keep trekhaul.shop available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or causes beyond our reasonable control. Products shown are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

16. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind beyond those stated in these Terms and applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose with respect to the site itself. 17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silver Birch Commerce Group LLC's total liability arising from any order or use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the products giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, except where such limitation is prohibited by law. These limitations do not apply to our refund and remedy obligations under Sections 10 and 12.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or a purchase made through trekhaul.shop shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Colorado, except where applicable consumer law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated Terms are posted; your rights for orders already placed are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of your order.

20. Contact Channels

General support (primary contact)

Include your order number, the name and email used at checkout, and a brief description of your question or issue. Messages are answered within one business day during our service window: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time, excluding US federal holidays. Messages received outside the window are queued in order of arrival and answered the next business morning; an automated confirmation is sent immediately on receipt. Unresolved general inquiries are escalated to the after-sales department lead.

Legal, privacy, and formal notices

Email legal-privacy@trekhaul.shop for privacy questions and personal data requests, policy interpretation disputes, formal notices, and intellectual property concerns. Include your full name and contact details, the specific request, and any supporting documentation. You will receive a written response within two business days; matters requiring outside counsel are escalated to the operating entity's management.
