Wore these under shell pants ski touring in the Tetons and my legs have never been happier. The stretch is unreal — full strides, kick turns, lunges, nothing restricts them. Warm without cooking you on the skin track. I've officially retired my old bibs.

Great insulation and very packable. I sized up and that was the right call for layering over thermals. Pockets are a bit useless under a shell but that's the nature of a layering piece.

I'm 58 and my circulation isn't what it used to be. These pants keep my legs toasty during ice fishing and snow blowing without the bulk of old-school insulated pants. The stretch fabric makes crouching and kneeling painless. Quality stitching, quality down, quality all around.

They're warm and comfortable, no complaints there. But at the regular price they'd be a hard sell — glad I caught the sale. Also they shed a few down feathers the first week. Fine now.

Used these for early morning shoveling and weekend ice climbing. The down distributes evenly and the stretch waistband stays put. My one gripe: the ankle cuffs are tight over bulky base layers. Otherwise fantastic for the sale price.
