These are hands down the best hiking shorts I've ever bought. The quick-dry fabric actually works — I crossed a creek, sat on a rock, and they were dry within the hour. The removable belt is a nice touch since I can swap in my own.

Wore these on a two-week trip through Utah's national parks. They held up to daily hiking, looked fine enough for dinner in town, and the UPF protection gave me peace of mind in the desert sun. Washed them in the hotel sink and they dried overnight. Zero complaints.

The fit is excellent and the belted waist keeps everything secure on steep climbs. Fabric dries fast and feels durable. My only gripe is pocket space — two hand pockets and one back pocket means my phone rides a bit loose on descents.

Quality is solid and they dry quickly, but I'd recommend sizing down. I normally wear a 34 and the 34 was loose even with the belt cinched. Exchanged for a 32 and now they're great.
