I burn if I look at the sun wrong, so UPF 50+ is non-negotiable for me. This shirt kept me protected through full days on exposed trails in Utah without that clammy plastic feeling some sun shirts have. It breathes shockingly well and dries in minutes after sweat or a stream crossing. The fit is athletic without being restrictive, and the sleeves stayed put all day. I bought a second one within a month.

Honestly expected a sun shirt to feel like a wet trash bag in humidity — this doesn't. Dries fast, light as anything, and the collar sits nicely. Wish it had a chest pocket, but that's my only complaint.

Quality is there and the sun protection is real, but the cut is slimmer than my other MH gear. If you're between sizes or have a broader chest, size up. Otherwise a decent shirt at a fair sale price.
