Big Agnes Women's Anthracite 20° Alpenglow Recycled Synthetic Mummy Sleeping Bag

I'm 5'4" and every unisex bag I've owned left cold dead space at my feet. The Alpenglow's women's fit is noticeably warmer — I slept comfortably at 28°F with just a base layer. Love that the insulation is recycled too.

Got caught in drizzle in the Wind Rivers and the tent walls dripped all night. This synthetic fill didn't care one bit — stayed lofted and warm. Packs a bit bigger than down but for three-season trips I'll take the reliability.

Snagged this on sale and it punches way above its price point. The hood cinches down nicely and the draft collar actually works. Wish it came with a compression sack instead of just a storage sack, but that's my only gripe.

Bought this for a women's retreat weekend and it was so comfortable my college-age daughter claimed it for her own camping trips. Just ordered another. The fabric feels soft against skin, the hood is roomy enough for my hair, and cleanup is as easy as a regular machine wash. Can't beat it for the sale price.
