Front-country camping usually means a rough night for me, but this pad is a different beast. The cover is genuinely soft against skin and the air bladder inflates firm in a couple minutes. Warm down to the low 40s without issue. The two-part design makes cleaning and patching easy too.
Comfort is a solid 10 — I side sleep and had zero pressure points. It's just not the most compact thing to pack, so it lives in the car rather than the backpack. For the sale price, still a great buy.
Really comfortable and the insulation is legit for shoulder season. My gripe is packing it up — getting all the air out of the bladder so it rolls tight takes way longer than I'd like. Not a dealbreaker but annoying on cold mornings.
