Bought this for a Denali prep trip and honestly can't believe I paid $100 for a $1,000 bag. Slept at -8F on a glacier and stayed genuinely warm; my partner in a competitor bag was jealous. The Gore-Tex shell handled rime and spindrift without any moisture creep, and the long size accommodates my 6'2" frame with a pillow stash to spare. Packs down to about the size of a watermelon. This is the single best gear deal I've ever landed.

I usually run cold and always add a liner, but this bag needed nothing down to single digits. The left zip configuration matched my pad setup perfectly. Quality stitching, logical hood cinches, and a proper draft tube behind the zipper. Worth it even at full price in my opinion.

No complaints about warmth; this thing is a furnace at -18C ratings. My only issue is it's harder to compress than my old 850-fill bag, so it eats more pack volume on longer approaches. Still a fantastic expedition bag for the money.

Unexpected storm dropped temps way below forecast and this bag kept me toasty through three brutal nights. Gore-Tex shell laughed at the blowing snow inside the tent vestibule. Forever grateful.

If you genuinely need 0F warmth, this delivers. But I found myself venting constantly on anything above 20F, so it's a specialized tool, not an all-rounder. Also the long length plus my height means my toes find the footbox end abruptly.

Alpine Red colorway looks incredible and the construction is flawless: no down leaks, no cold spots, welded seams tight everywhere. Used it on a -5F bivy and slept like at home. Five stars without hesitation.

The bag came vacuum-compressed and the loft never fully recovered in the footbox area despite a week of fluffing. Customer service was decent about the return, but I expected better storage handling for a bag at this price point, even on sale.

$100. For this. Insane. Warm, light enough, dry. Grab one before they're gone.
