Mountain Hardwear Chillaction Hoodie, Peached Jersey Lounge Fleece with UPF 30 Sun Protection

The peached jersey is ridiculously soft — like a well-worn tee but warmer. I wear it for post-surf hangs and the UPF 30 is a nice bonus when I forget sunscreen on my shoulders. Bought one in every color.

I've basically lived in this since it arrived. Perfect weight for cool mornings and lazy weekends, and it packs down small for travel. Fits true to size with a comfortable, slightly relaxed cut.

Super cozy and the fabric quality is noticeably better than my old cotton hoodies. Wish the pockets were a bit deeper, but that's a minor nitpick.

I expected something a bit warmer based on the product photos. It's a light layer, which is great for sun protection on the boat but not enough on its own for chilly evenings. Quality is good and the fabric feels luxurious though.

I'm 63 and do a lot of early morning birdwatching walks. This hoodie is light enough that I don't overheat, but the UPF protection matters a lot to me since I've had a couple of spots removed. The peached fabric feels wonderful and washes beautifully — no pilling after a dozen washes.

Ordered my usual medium and it was tight in the shoulders and short in the sleeves. The material itself is lovely, so I'd suggest sizing up, but the exchange process was annoying.

Wear it to class, the gym, and everywhere in between. Softest hoodie I own, hands down.

Most UPF clothing feels like plastic. This feels like your softest t-shirt but blocks the sun. Took it to Aruba and it was perfect for the boat days. Docking one star because it attracts lint like crazy.

Honestly surprised by the quality for the sale price. The stitching is clean, the hood sits well without collapsing, and the fabric hasn't stretched out after weeks of wear. If you're on the fence, just get it.
