The Fly Creek UL 25 is impressively light and packs tiny. I'm a warm sleeper so the rating feels about right, though cold sleepers might want a liner below freezing. The recycled shell fabric feels thin but has held up fine for three trips now. My only gripe is the cut is a little narrow across the shoulders if you're a side sleeper. Overall very happy with it.
Nice bag, super light, but I got chilly around 40°F even with a base layer and beanie. The rating is probably accurate for most people but if you're a cold sleeper like me, consider the 15° version instead. Build quality is excellent though.
I'm 58 and my shoulders aren't what they used to be, so cutting pack weight matters. This bag compresses down so small that it freed up a ton of room in my pack, and it still kept me warm on a chilly October weekend in the Smokies. The zipper doesn't snag like my old bag. Glad I finally upgraded.
Quality seems fine but the mummy cut is way too restrictive for a big guy like me. Had to return it.
Bought this for solo overnighters and it's been great. Warm, insanely packable, and the NetPlus fabric is a nice bonus for the environment. Lost one star because the draft collar could be a bit better. Still, best bag I've owned under two pounds.
