The R-value 4.0 rating held up on two chilly fall trips — I slept warm on frozen ground. Best of all, it's nearly silent; no crinkly plastic noise every time I roll over. The included inflation sack means no wet breath blowing into it. For $60 this is a no-brainer.
Comfortable, warm, and light. No complaints.
At 20 inches wide it's snug for my 6'3" frame with elbows out, but the insulation and comfort are excellent. Packs down smaller than my old pad and the air chambers feel stable.
I'm a lifelong side sleeper and most pads leave my hip aching by morning. The Divide's chamber construction distributes pressure so well I slept straight through the night on our last trip. My wife immediately claimed the second one I bought.
Comfortable and warm when fully inflated, but I noticed it needed a couple pumps by morning on both nights of use. Might be normal settling, might be a slow leak. Warmth was never an issue though, and the price was right.
Upgraded from a foam pad and it's like night and day. This Divide is warm enough for early spring camping, inflates quickly with the sack, and rolls down to water-bottle size. My 65-year-old knees thank you, Big Agnes.
Used it from May through October and it never disappointed. The valve system is intuitive and the pad holds pressure all night. Docking a star because the stuff sack is a little tight.
Out of the box the one-way valve wouldn't seal properly and the pad slowly deflated over two nights. Customer service was responsive and swapped it out, and the replacement works fine, but the initial experience was frustrating.
Did a long section hike this summer with this pad and it survived every campsite. Light enough that I forgot it was in my pack, thick enough that I never felt roots underneath. Half off at Trek Haul made it the best gear value of my whole trip.
