Big Agnes Big House 4 Vestibule – Pole-Supported Tent Add-On

This vestibule essentially doubled our living space. We set up chairs inside, kept muddy boots there, and even ate dinner in it when the bugs got bad. The pole support means it's a real structure, not a floppy add-on. Worth it at full price, incredible at the sale price.

Massive amount of covered space attached to our Big House 4. Kids loved having their own zone. One note: solo setup is tricky with the poles, definitely grab a helper. Once up, it's rock solid in wind.

Turns our Big House 4 into a mansion. Best add-on we've bought.

The covered space is genuinely cavernous and our whole family fit under it during a rainy reunion weekend. My complaint is the instructions are sparse and figuring out the pole routing took us a solid thirty minutes the first time. Second setup was much faster, so there's a learning curve but it pays off.

Camped in Oregon for a week and it rained five of seven days. This vestibule meant we weren't all crammed in sleeping bags at 6pm. We played cards, cooked under the awning edge, and dried wet gear inside. Poles held up in gusts that had other tents rattling. Cannot imagine our Big House setup without it now.

Quality is what you'd expect from Big Agnes, no loose threads or flimsy hardware. Adds real usable space for gear storage at minimum. Docking one star only because the packed size is bulkier than I hoped for storage between trips.

At half off this was a no-brainer. Setup with two people takes under ten minutes now that we've done it a few times. Weathered a hailstorm and came through flawlessly.
